Your despatch No. 37 of 17th of Maroh regarding 75 years lease.
If suggestions are a dopted it will be necessary to obtain the services of an assistant valuation and resumption officer on agreement to make the necessary valuation on terms as for engineer Public Works Department. If you concur please authorise the Crown Agents to ascertain the possibility of obtaining suitable officer from U.K, but definite recruitment should not be made pending further instructions. Qualifications for the post (a) Passed final examination of Chartered Surveyors Institutiòn valuation sub-division (b) Wide experience in property valuation.
